Caleb Booker is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and serves patients at our Cincinnati (Glenmore) office. Caleb provides supportive, client-centered care — helping individuals navigate mental health and substance use challenges, connect with resources, and build the stability and skills needed for long-term wellness.
