Founded by Dr. Ebenezer Aluma on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to begin again, Fresh Start Behavioral Health, Inc. has grown into a network of four Ohio locations serving children, adolescents, and adults across Dayton, Cincinnati, and Milford.
