• Primary Care (Sober Living clients only) - routine check-ups and physical exams; preventive care and lifestyle counseling; chronic condition and acute illness management; lab testing, referrals, and medication support
• Case Management - individualized coordination of care; assistance with benefits, referrals, housing, and recovery planning
